You are concerned about your health, have accumulated some wealth, and have a little time to call your own.

Cellular health is a top starting point to improving your health. If your cells are healthy you have made a giant step towards overall health. Our good friend Bob Clark introduced us to the supplements we are using and we thank him for it.
Reducing stress almost has to come from within. Remove the source of the stress or practice relaxation techniques. Bob was luckily able to retire to relieve his stress, on the advice of his doctor, but he had professional help and used a hypnotism course. This went a long way to reducing his blood pressure. He still takes pills, but hopes to be off of them soon.
Diet and exercise have been cussed and discussed in about every form you can think of. Watch what you eat and walk when you can. A simple formula that works for millions.
Don't be so smug just because you haven't reached this age yet. True cellular health and wellness can and should be started around the age of six.
